Love Island star Piers Morgan wants a dinner party
Love Island Tanyel Revan, contestant, would love to have a dinner party at the table with controversial TV personality Piers Morgan.
North London’s 26-year-old hairdresser, who will be entering the villa to participate in this year’s winter series, said Radio Times she has great respect for Morgan — even when she disagrees with his arguments.

Revan said, “I cannot lie, because my strong-mindedness and directness are what I have,”
She added: “I think why I like him is because I don’t agree with everything he says either – just so everyone is aware of that.

“Like I said, I can agree with some things and some things I don’t. However, I do appreciate his directness and I respect that.
Morgan and Love Island have never fallen in love, with the hoster referring to the series rather emphatically as “television’s most moronic show”.

Revan stressed that her ideal meeting with Morgan would be “not a date, but more like a conversation — an argument”.
She continued, “I don’t know if that’s what I would like to be in.” You might consider something like this instead.
“I think we’d end up having a debate — arguing, agreeing and disagreeing and then I’d probably be tired sooner or later because you can’t back down in an argument with him, it’s just too much.”
Revan will join nine other beginning contestants when doors open to South Africa’s winter villa on 16 January.
