Kliff Kingbury rejects NFL OC positions right now

After the season ended, the Arizona Cardinals fired Kliff Kingbury as their head coach. They finished 4-13 and lost seven of their last seven games. After signing an extension in the offseason, he still had five years on his contract.

He is being sought after by the league as an offensive coordinator.

At the moment, he’s not interested.

According to FOX Sports’ Peter SchragerMany teams reached out to him regarding their offensive coordinator vacancies. He respectfully informed teams that he was not interested at the moment and is currently out-of-the country.

Schrager reports that Kingsbury purchased one-way tickets to Thailand.

It seems like he will take some downtime, perhaps in the next one-year, before setting his sights on finding his next job.
