Kim Kardashian claims that her employees intentionally wear color-coordinated outfits: “I have uniforms”

On Monday’s episode Angie Martinez‘s IRL Podcast, SKIMS founder Annette Levine revealed that there is a dress code in place for her employees. She was inspired by the radio personality who said she noticed that her employees were “all color coordinated.”
“Is it intentional?” Martinez, 51 asked Kardashian, 42. Kardashian replied, “Absolutely.” I have uniforms.”
“It’s not like hey, this is like your uniform. It’s just color palettes,” Kardashian continued.

Reality star, who noted that her employees receive a “handbook”, explained that they can wear “grays,” heather grays, blacks, navy, whites, cream, khaki, and so on. We can use all neutrals. There is not a lot of color blocking.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians Alum also said that she discussed the dress code and received their opinions before implementing.

Kardashian said that her children are allowed to pick any color they like for their rooms. This allows them to be “wild” in their playrooms and bedrooms. However, the rest of her house must follow a neutral theme.
She joked that “my kids probably hate me”, and added that North will get mad at her and make cheeky remarks about the house. “Like North will tell you, ‘Your home is so ugly! It’s all black, it’s white! It’s all plain, it’s all white! It’s my house, too. “
