Japan PM to reinstate ex-reconstruction minister Watanabe, sack incumbent -Kyodo

TOKYO (Reuters] – Fumio Kishida, the Japanese Prime Minister, will reinstate Hiromichi Watanabe, former reconstruction minister, to replace Kenya Akiba who he intends to sack on Tuesday. Kyodo News reported.

Opposition parties accused Akiba, who was accused of violating election law and for having ties to controversial Unification Church, of being involved.
