Chinese toddler receives custom prosthetic leg in heartwarming video

After receiving a custom prosthetic leg, a Hubei boy aged three from central China’s Hubei province has caught the attention of social media users.

The heartwarming video uploaded to Douyin On Dec. 21, Wu Yicheng is seen receiving his prosthetic leg, which features illustrations of his favorite Marvel superhero Iron Man.

Wu then demonstrates his replacement limb in action by running towards his parents and climbing up some stairs.

A truck allegedly ran him over about half a year back, causing his left leg to go. The incident took place while the boy was still playing in their village streets.
