Aaron Taylor-Johnson meets James Bond Producers. He emerges as front runner to be Next 007

Matthew Belloni of Puck News Recent reports have indicated that Taylor-Johnson had “sat” with [Bond] Producer Barbara Broccoli met with the producers and everything went smoothly. Belloni also stated that Taylor-Johnson seems to be the perfect fit for the role. Belloni states that he is a great actor from Britain, and fits the Broccolis’ younger direction, which is accomplished, but not very famous.

In an interview with Deadline Broccoli stated that the production of the Bond movie will take at least two years. She stated, “We are working out where to take him, and we are talking about that.” Broccoli also confirms that there “isn’t a script and we can’t come up with one until we decide how we’re going to approach the next film because, really, it’s a reinvention of Bond. It takes time to reinvent who Bond is.
