NV5 Signs a $9M Contract for New York City Parks & Recreation Facilities Improvements

  • NV5 Global Inc (NASDAQ: NVEE) has secured a $9 million contract from the New York City Department Parks and Recreation. The agreement has a term initial of three years with a renewal option for two years.

  • The company will offer landscape architectural design services in New York City.

  • NV5 will make improvements to facilities like sports fields, skate parks, tracks and natural areas.

  • A special focus will be given to sustainable design, which improves the connection between neighborhoods and parks, and the use of green infrastructure techniques to foster resilience.

  • This is NV5’s second consecutive agreement of this nature with the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation.

  • NV5 Global Technology, conformity assessment, consulting solutions for the public and private sectors supporting utility, infrastructure and building assets and system systems.

  • Price Action NVEE shares were up 0.41% to $131.01 at the latest check Thursday.
