‘General Hospital’ Actor Exits Show Without Completing Filming Due to Health Issues

Marcus Coloma’s last episode will air in January.

The actor, who has portrayed Nikolas Cassadine for the last few seasons, will not be properly wrapping up on set after complications following a recent bout of Covid, as reported by Deadline

The publication shared that Coloma and ABC came to the agreement “that he should not film the remaining few days of the year” due to his health.

A spokesperson for the actor denied that rumors circulating about him having been fired or taken off set, and refused to shoot any final scenes.

Coloma’s supporters were also sent a letter by the rep. Deadline:
