This creamy, rich dip features flaky smoked salmon in two ways. Half of it is chopped and mixed with briny pops o capers to create a pleasant texture. The rest is blended with mayonnaise (sour cream), cream cheese, and cream cheese to deepen the flavor. Fresh dill and chives keep the dip light while lemon juice adds brightness while also keeping the dip perfectly scoopable — you’ll have no broken chips here.
