Ranking Oklahoma’s last 10 recruiting classes

The Oklahoma Sooners concluded the 2023 early signing period with a lot of momentum. This earned them a last-second five-star safety flip. Peyton Bowen. It was a significant recruiting success. Brent Venables He and his team are now in the top five of 247Sports composite rankings. The class is dominated by the defensive side of the ball, with Venables’ fingerprints all over.

The Sooners had 16 four- and five star signees. Ten of them were defensive. Six of the signees were defensive backs; two were linebackers and two were defensive-linemen. They can still play as the three-star defense players they signed. Taylor Wein, Markus Strong, Ashton Sanders, Phil PicciottiAnd Erik McCarty Athletic players who have high motors. Each of these players has the chance to exceed their recruiting status.

The Sooners had a historic class. It was the second time since 2000 that multiple five-star defensive players were signed by 247Sports. They also had three five star signees. Looking back, let’s take a look at how it stacks up with the last 10 recruiting classes for the Oklahoma Sooners.
