Andy Cohen’s son can’t stop laughing when he sees his dad’s face all over a magazine stand

It’s Andy Cohen’s fault we’re all obsessed with Housewives, and his son knows it too.

The longtime executive producer of Bravo’s “Real Housewives” appeared on New York magazine’s cover for its TV issue. He took his 5-year-old son Ben to a newsstand for a look at his face on the magazine cover. Cohen captured his son’s hilarious reaction on video and shared on Instagram.

In the video, Cohen gets various angles of the newsstand, which is stocked end to end with the New York magazine issue featuring his face. Cohen and Ben can be briefly spotted in the storefront’s reflection, with Ben riding on his father’s shoulder while Cohen laughs in reaction to what he sees.

“Daddy!” Ben says, chuckling as Andy films the magazine covers.

“Is that so funny, huh?” Cohen asks as Ben continues to giggle.

“That’s you dad!” Ben continues, hardly able to contain his laughs.

When Cohen asks, “Can you believe it?” Ben cracks up even harder, replying, “I can’t! Daddy, so funny! I think a lot of people like those books!”

“Daddy!” Ben continues. “Daddy, there’s so many. Daddy, that’s you! Daddy, that was all your fault so much, and now it’s on the books!”

Ben’s delightful reaction was contagious, and fans of his dad commented on the post to express how sweet he was.

“Love that Big Ben gets to see at a very young age that any dream is possible!!!” one replied.

“Ben’s commentary makes my day,” another added.

“This is the absolute best!!!!!!!! love his excitement!!” wrote another.

Cohen posted a photo of the cover to his Instagram page on June 3.

During a June 12 appearance at the Tribeca Festival in New York City, he spoke with Entertainment Tonight about the impact of his late-night show and marking a milestone: He’s celebrating the 15-year anniversary of “Watch What Happens Live! with Andy Cohen.”

“I never thought I’d be here 15 years later. I thought maybe we’d get 15 shows under our belt and then get canceled,” Cohen told the outlet. “But here we are!”

He also mentioned Ben’s waning enthusiasm for his father’s excitement around the show’s big anniversary.

“I think Ben is a little sick of me in that way,” he said. “But he knows that I’m good for a hug and a good time.”

The 56-year-old late-night host welcomed Ben in February 2019 with the help of a surrogate. He also has a daughter, Lucy, who was born in April 2022.
