Nicolas Cage Has revealed that he would like the role of star in a musical.
He is a versatile actor who is well-known for his diverse roles. However, he did appear in Wild at Heart, starring in David Lynch’s 1990 musical.
Empire spoke to Cage about their new issue. said: “I haven’t performed a musical yet. That would be something I would love to do. I’m not very good at singing. Although I sang okay in Wild At Heart, my thoughts were that I was singing well in other places. However, I have since misunderstood Purple Rain in karaoke bars.
Cage also said which musical role he would like to play most: “I think i’d be a good Pontius Pisate in Jesus Christ Superstar.”

The actor is most well-known for his roles in blockbuster films like Con Air, The Rock and Face/Off. However, he has been praised for his dramatic performances in movies such as Leaving Las Vegas and Bringing Out the Dead.
His role in Pig, where he plays the role of a truffle farmer trying to find his kidnapped pork, has seen him experience a career boom. In the comedy The Unbearable Weight of Massive talent, he starred as a fictionalized version of himself.
Cage recently stated that he thought he was an alien child. In a recent interview, Cage revealed: “I was shocked the day I went to the doctor’s office as a child and I found out that I had normal organs and a normal skeleton because I was certain I was from another planet.”
Cage is also well-known for his eccentricities, such as purchasing haunted houses, castles, and dinosaur skeletons.
His upcoming films include Renfield in which he plays Count Dracula as well as the western The Old Way.
