Rehabbing Boston Celtics swingman Danilo Galinari taking shots at Auerbach Center
Fans of the Boston Celtics We haven’t seen too many veteran forwards. Danilo Gallinari This season, the Celtics will be playing with the Italian swingman Gallo, who sustained a torn ACL in FIBA World Cup qualifier game this summer with the Italian National Team, has been out of action since and will be absent for the majority of the 2022-23 NBA Season. He has been quietly working behind the scenes to get his boy back on the court with Celtics.
Putting in the work at Auerbach Center — the team’s training facilities — Gallinari is inching closer to a return with every day that passes. This week, Gallinari was seen practicing stationary jumpers at the practice facility.
He has previously stated that he can run again. This bodes well for the Celtics forwards to be able return in the postseason, or sooner if he experiences any unexpected setbacks.
