Steelers comeback win keeps Tomlin’s streak alive

Live to fight another. This is the Pittsburgh Steelers’ mantra for the majority of the 2022 season. With Pittsburgh’s 13-10 win The team beats the Las Vegas Raiders Christmas Eve to improve to 7-8 and keep the streak alive.

That streak! Mike Tomlin, the head coach, has never had a season below 500 since 2007. This streak is remarkable when you consider the difficulty of winning year after year in NFL.

Granted, the job isn’t finished by any means and the Steelers need to win the last two or at worst get one win and one tie to keep the streak alive but hope remains. This streak is important to the players, truthfully. This might not be the year Pittsburgh makes a deep playoff run but keeping Tomlin’s streak alive is part of what is pushing them. Pittsburgh will travel to Baltimore Ravens next week, and then closes the year at home against Cleveland Browns.
