In your wildest dreams you would ever imagine the musical pairings that appeared to virtually descend from heavenly heights above at the Grammys on Sunday. This was especially the case when the 2010 Grammy event treated audiences and viewers at home to the star power of two most amazing female vocalists. One a new comer making her mark in her own right every step of the way and the other a veteran to the rock scene and legend in her own right came together on stage to create sheer magic on the night.
The legendary Stevie Nicks who needs no other introduction than that and the angelic Taylor Swift stepped on the stage at the Staples Center to perform what can only be described as just short of rock history in the making. Stevie is just one of the younger Taylor’s childhood heroes. She appeared more delighted by the collaboration with Stevie then even the audience who were left spell bound and almost in a trance.
No doubt Taylor was already on cloud when she accepted the Grammy Award for Best Country Album only a hour and a bit before. The harmonies of these two extremely talented women will make this years Grammy especially memorable.
Could there be a collaboration album in the future for Stevie’s and Taylor? Now that would be heavenly!

I don’t what you were listening to, but that was an embarressing duet with Stevie and Taylor. Talyor isn’t a great singer to start with, but to pair her with a legend like Stevie., was a travesty. She was off key and flat and you could tell by the look on Stevies face that it was all going wrong. I wouldn’t be looking for a collaberation any time soon.
I am not sure what program you watched but Taylor make a mockery of the song and the duet – when will you all admit she cannot sing – Any performance she does on these award shows leaes me wondering who in their right mind is voting for her? Are they wearing ear plugs. It is painful to listen to her sing as you call it. Vocalist – give me a break!
I conpletely agree with you. It was an absolute bust, and for anyone to say otherwise…its just crazy. Stevie is freakin amazing, and taylor was soo off. Nicks did know, and totally showed it on her face.no way should there be a collaboration!
If I was a successful artist where would I go on the internet to read real feedback about myself???…..not sure…but I’m a poet/song writer from the 70’s (I’ll be 50 in May) and pulled out an old copy of Landslide tonight while playing my guitar…so thought I’d take a chance on technolgy and put this out there…I have two songs that are so much Stevie’s style…I’m very shy, massive stage fright, but with my 50th approacing have been trying to go out of my box more…if anyone knows how to get this message to her I would love to share what I have…I’m just a normal girl..have my own biz….www.paradise-tans.com…
