Fannie Mae mortgage holdings fell sharply in Nov

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Fannie Mae’s gross mortgage portfolio shrank sharply in November, at an annual 26.1 percent rate, to $752.2 billion, the largest U.S. home funding provider said on Monday.

The company’s mortgage investments have fallen by an annual 4.9 percent year to date, from $787.3 billion at the end of last year.
