Singing sensation, American Idol semi-finalist, and sensitive world citizen Adam Lambert is set to interview Grammy guests on the red carpet for ET tomorrow at the Staples Center after celebrating his 28th birthday yesterday, January 29.
But Lambert’s biggest hope is that someone/everyone listens as the talented and often outspoken artist speaks up loud and clear about how this showman feels about Haiti.
Here is the American Idol celebrity’s meaningful statement, given exclusively to ET earlier this month:
“The people of Haiti need your help,” Lambert says. “The images are heartbreaking, the loss of life devastating, but tonight you can help the people of Haiti. Give whatever you can. Your contributions can help end the unimaginable suffering. Do something that will change a life, do something that will make a difference. Don’t just let the images on television fade to black.”
Do as Adam asks, and go to the ET site HERE for some ways and places to help, to donate, to understand. Do it now. Do it for humanity. Do it for Haiti. Thank you.
